At ROOTS 66 FIT you can count on core strengthening in all classes. Joseph Pilates referred to the core as the “powerhouse” of the body. The powerhouse is the center of the body starting at the bottom of the ribs down to the top of the hip and bottom of your pelvis. These muscles create the foundation for all movements inside and outside of the studio💪🏼
